Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities when using REEN. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.


2. General Prohibitions

You may not use the Service to:

  1. Violate laws — engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  2. Infringe rights — violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
  3. Unauthorized access — attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not belonging to you
  4. Disrupt service — interfere with the operation of the Service, including DDoS attacks, automated scraping at scale, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
  5. Impersonate — misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
  6. Distribute malware — upload or transmit viruses, trojans, or other malicious code

3. AI-Specific Prohibitions

When using the AI Conference feature or any AI-related functionality, you may not:

7. Enforcement

7.1. Actions We May Take

Upon determination of an AUP violation, we may:

  1. Issue a warning
  2. Temporarily suspend access to specific features
  3. Temporarily suspend the account
  4. Permanently terminate the account
  5. Report the activity to law enforcement (for serious violations)

We may update this AUP to address new risks or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email.
