1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited activities when using REEN. This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. General Prohibitions
You may not use the Service to:
Violate laws — engage in any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Infringe rights — violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
Unauthorized access — attempt to access accounts, systems, or data not belonging to you
Disrupt service — interfere with the operation of the Service, including DDoS attacks, automated scraping at scale, or exploitation of vulnerabilities
Impersonate — misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
Distribute malware — upload or transmit viruses, trojans, or other malicious code
3. AI-Specific Prohibitions
When using the AI Conference feature or any AI-related functionality, you may not:
3.1. Harmful Content Generation
Generate content that promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm
Create child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors
Produce content designed to harass, bully, or intimidate specific individuals
Generate content that incites hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
3.2. Deception and Manipulation
Create deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive
Generate disinformation or deliberately misleading content
Produce fraudulent documents, credentials, or identities
Create phishing content or social engineering materials
Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements
3.3. Weapons and Dangerous Activities
Seek instructions for creating weapons (biological, chemical, nuclear, or conventional)
Generate content facilitating acts of terrorism or mass violence
Create content providing instructions for illegal drug manufacturing
3.4. Privacy Violations
Use AI to extract, infer, or compile personal information about individuals without consent
Generate doxing content or facilitate stalking
Create surveillance tools or techniques targeting individuals
3.5. AI System Abuse
Aggregate, pool, or share API keys across multiple users
Resell or redistribute access to AI models through the Service
Circumvent rate limits, usage quotas, or safety mechanisms of any AI provider
Attempt to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary information from AI models
Deliberately bypass or circumvent AI safety filters or content moderation systems
3.6. Professional Misuse
Present AI-generated content as professional advice (legal, medical, financial) without appropriate disclaimers and human review
Use AI-generated content for automated decision-making that materially affects individuals (hiring, lending, legal determinations) without human oversight
Generate academic content and submit it as original work in violation of academic integrity policies
4. Research Mode
When using the Research mode, you may not:
Systematically download or scrape research paper data for redistribution
Use extracted research data to train competing AI models
Remove or obscure attribution to original paper authors
Redistribute AI-generated summaries or claims as if they were original analysis
5. Infrastructure and Security
You may not:
Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Service without authorization (see our Responsible Disclosure policy)
Use the Service as infrastructure for attacks against third-party systems
Exceed reasonable usage limits that could degrade the Service for other users
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what is permitted by applicable law
